UPMC, a life sciences leader in Pittsburgh, is spending $2 billion to develop three new hospitals, the UPMC Heart and Transplant Hospital (620 beds, 1 million SF) on UPMC Presbyterian’s campus; UPMC Vision and Rehabilitation Hospital (300,000 SF) will be located at UPMC Mercy; and the UPMC Hillman Cancer Hospital.
