Forms + Surfaces, Inc., a manufacturer of architectural products, will expand its operations in Allegheny County, supporting the combined creation and retention of 346 full-time jobs. The company has pledged to invest $15.65 million into the project, and has committed to create at least 115 new, full-time jobs and retain 231 existing jobs over the next three years.
