Earlier today, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance and Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council sent a letter to Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Scott Bessent and Secreatry of the Department of Energy Chris Wright requesting two targeted updates related to coal mine methane (CMM) emissions as part of the Section 45Z implementation process.
